Personal Information for the purpose of this Privacy Policy refers to, but not limited to:

•  Date of birth, age, gender, sex, address and phone number/contact information of any person related to APIC (patient/caregiver/doctor/healthcare professional)

•  Valid Government approved ID proof

•  Valid email address

•  Medical history records including physical, physiological and mental health

•  Valid financial information

•  Valid contact information of a person who may be contacted in case of emergency

•  If the person engaging service of APIC is a Government employ, valid ID proof of the same to be produced

Please note that we value consent given under free and fair state of mind, therefore, when consenting to any test or procedure, the consent so received by APIC that can be reasonably assumed to be given freely cannot be revoked unless extraordinary circumstances vitiate the consent so given.

Please note that APIC never solicits financial information over the phone through third party platforms or links. Anyone who makes any financial transaction on such unverified third party platforms without doing the due diligence for confirmation, APIC shall not be held liable for any fraud, misrepresentation or deception.

Please note that at APIC, personal information of hospital staff and doctors are equally protected and secured. They will not be shared with any third party unless compelling need and/or evidence for the same is proven.
